Tereny od Vil / Vil's Pack of Terrain

Image
Przygotowane zostało 5 rodzajów terenów: dżunglowy, pustynny, aztecki, zimowy i lawowy. Każdy zestaw zawierał jeden płot, jedno wzgórze, jeden las, jeden teren "zero" i jeden "niedostępny" teren. Vil wraz z mężem zaprojektowali i wykonali wszystko samemu. Wszystkie tereny były złożone i pomalowane. 🇬🇧 Hi, Our friend Vil, together with her husband Jaroslaw prepared a few sets of terrain for the tournament of Kings of War in Lodz, which was organised by Director of club Cztery Smoki, last fall. You can know Vil fr...

Malowanie Lower Abyssali / Lower Abyssals - Painting

Image
Najpierw pomalowałam jedną figurkę by przetestować kolory. Szaty, rogi i pazur...

Moje podstawki z Alienlab Miniatures / My bases from Alienlab Miniatures

Image

🇬🇧 Hi, At the beginning I'm sorry for such a long break in writing blog. We had some parental problems and also some technical issues with lightbox. Now we've fixed everything and we're resuming work. Despite that I didn't write anything all this time, I was painting miniatures. Soon I will show you effects of that. After last requests of our readers, we decided to publish our texts in two language versions.

57th blog's miniatures carnaval

Hi, It wasn't easy to decide what fits better to words veni, vidi, vici , which are this month's theme. Maybe it wasn't visible on the blog (because every project isn't finished in 100 per cent) but there was a lot going on in our hobby. Finally we decided that arrival of Batman™: Gotham City Chronicles  suits this words . Veni - when we backed it on Kickstarter. Vidi - when I saw a tracking number and Vici - when it finally arrived.  First posts about this game you can see here  - unboxing the pledge and here - unboxing the heroes core box. I hope that you like this idea.  For Rome ! Tamsula

Batman™: Gotham City Chronicles - unboxing core box of heroes

Image
Hi, In this post I want to tell you more about the board game and I'll show you unboxing of heroes box from the Core Set.  Batman™: Gotham City Chronicles is a scenario-based miniatures board game. Scenarios are designed for 1 hero, 2 heroes or 3 heroes. In this game we play as heroes of the Dark Knight's team or his allies, except for one player. This player controls villains and takes over the role of the game master. Every scenario dictates us which hero we can choose to play. Players can control one or more heroes. This means that even scenario with 3 heroes, can be played by 2 people: first one controls villains, second one controls all the heroes.

Batman™: Gotham City Chronicles - unboxing the pledge

Image
Hi, This week Batman™: Gotham City Chronicles has finally been delivered. The campaign was on Kickstarter in February last year. The delivery was planned for the beginning of second quarter of this year. People, who made all-in pledge, got their boxes earlier. Because we didn't make the all-in pledge, we had to wait a bit longer. The hub in the France had to pack specific boxes together, before they could send the game to us. Fortunately it finally arrived and I can share with you our hapinnes and impressions from unboxing.

Lower Abyssals - modeling

Image
Hi,  My first models, which I cleaned and glued from Kings of War's set, were Lower Abyssals. In every sprue we get:  5 bodies,  8 heads,  one-handed weapons for each body,  one two-handed weapon with hands,  5 hands for 5 shelds,  5 Flamebearer's hands,  one banner with hand.  Also to one body there is added a drum with stick. Additionally in every plastic sprue we get 2 Imps. Like I mentioned earlier, this models have big mould lines. Therefore cleaning those models takes a lot of time. However designer from Mantic, who created this model, did it very well. Demons are so beautiful, that I decide to sacrifice my free time on cleaning them. I was looking for other models to this army from different producers, but I didn't find anything nice like them. I decide to make a Lower Abyssal's horde, so according to King of War's rule I have to finish a least 21 models. If I need my Abyssals to have defence 4, they h...

Unboxing of Sigmarite mausoleum

Image
Hi, It's time for some terrain. A month ago I was looking for some fantasy terrain in the net. When I saw Sigmarite Mausoleum, I knew it had to be mine. A few weeks ago my order arrived at my local games store( Strategia Centrum Gier ). Unfortunatelly in the meantime it was Easter, so I didn't have any spare-time. I'll try to redeem myself by describing this unboxing in detail. In this text I'll describe how amazing is this Sigmarite Mausoleum. When I picked up the box and it was quite heavy, then I realised that this is worth its money. In this terrain set we receive 6 buildings, 2 monuments, 2 gates and enormous fence. Every edifice has it's own base. The gates have their bases too. The fence is so heavy that I think it may be filled with plastic. Every piece is made with nice details. They are most visible on gates and fence. The skulls and roses on those elements, are so perfect, that painting them will only be pl...
